First, review the list of documents I’ll need from you to get started. Then, click “Apply Now” to access our secure Ellie Mae online application portal. You’ll need to create an account before beginning the application. Select Degang Cheng as your loan officer when prompted. Don’t worry about completing everything in one sitting; you can save your progress and exit anytime. If you’re unsure about how to fill out certain sections, just leave them blank—I’ll assist you with those later.

Once you’ve uploaded the necessary documents, I’ll guide you through the entire process right up to the closing of your loan. If you have any questions at any point, don’t hesitate to contact me any time.
